STEP ONE : The Concept

The client submits a sketch, or we will create one with you. We also have, in our superstore locations, Digital Goldsmith which will render a design in 3 dimensions. This powerful computer design software allows you to see your concept in proportion and easily make alterations to the design. Once we have a design concept that meets with your approval, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to begin creating your custom piece in metal and stone.

(Your complete satisfaction is our goal; however please note that the deposit is non-refundable on custom special order pieces. This allows us to recover some of our design and material costs if the customer should decide to abandon the project.)
